Once the chicken is sealed, add the red & yellow peppers, onion, garlic and chilli. I normally go for a plain garlic and herb and after looking through the spice rack I found some cajun flavouring

big handful fresh spinach. And raw garlic is increds good for you, so that’s why it’s in there. I have made this pasta dish twice this week because it’s super easy and it makes me feel smug to eat two types of greens in one go
It is not like normal creamypasta it has slight spiciness because I used chilli flakes which included seeds and the amount of all purpose flour is less that means I used less white sauce
