I started with HairyBikers' Chicken Tikka Masala from their Great Curries book. For the chicken. Everyone loves a good curry night and although a takeaway is great sometimes, it is so much more satisfying to create your own and see everyone enjoy it
I had tried the Tikka Masala from the HairyBikers Best Curries book as part of my Curry Night series and thought I would try the Korma as it is another British favourite
HairyBikers. I was so excited when I saw someone on Twitter post this book, I love my other two Hairy Dieters so much and I couldn't wait to get this one
HairyBikers. Caribbean ChickenCurry. Smashed-Up Chicken. Vegetable Curry. I was so excited when I saw someone on Twitter post this book, I love my other two Hairy Dieters so much and I couldn't wait to get this one
I used Lindt chocolate for this recipe, which comes from The HairyBikers’ Great Curries. It goes really well after a curry – make sure you check out my posts about the Chicken tikka masala and Saag aloo which are also from this great book
This curry was absoultely delicious, if I do say so myself. I am not a connoisseur on chicken jalfrezi as I don't eat that many curries, and if I do I usually go for chicken tikka masala
