Spoon over boiled jasmine (or plain sticky) rice. But what’s important is that I’m now sitting on the sofa, telly on, joy all over my grinning face, holding a big bowl of steaming jasmine rice topped with what seems like the best Chillibeef I’ve ever tasted

Serve withsticky jasmine rice and steamed pak choi. Slow cooking on the bone makes the meat incredibly tender and the mix of Chinese five spice, soy, garlic, chilli and ginger creates a sublime sauce that literally sticks to the ribs
