It takes the form of a mug cake in its simplicity but here I have dolloped the sponge in the same way I did with this birthday cake to create a pretty stack
This chocolate buttercream is delicious in it’s own right and could go with all sorts of flavours of sponge, but it was designed to perfectly compliment my new chocolate cake

Microwave on short bursts, stirring regularly, until the toffee has melted . The cake would also be suitable for those needing egg free and dairy free recipes (without my addition of the yoghurt and cream cheese frosting)
An incredibly moist Vanilla Spongecake with a Nutella Frosting in between and which have been finally topped with Nutella Ganache, well what can be more heavenly delectable
These new Mr Kipling Smashing Strawberry Slices are strawberry flavoured spongecake fingers with strawberry puree, and they’re finished with pink icing
