free natural yoghurt. 5 rashers bacon (no fat if you want it to be synfree. 6 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt. 60g (around 3 handfuls) grated cheese (this divided by 4 should be less than your daily Healthy extra allowance hence synfree if you have already used your HEx A then you will have to syn). Serve up with a hot crusty roll (if your lucky enough to not be a SlimmingWorlder, to all my SlimmingWorld lovelies, I believe that you can have 1 or 2 of the weight watchers ready to bake petit pans as a Healthy Extra B, again if someone could comment to confirm this would be great
