What it also means is that the water (actually it’s chicken stock) used to cook the pasta also then becomes the sauce for said pasta…it’s essentially a ‘self-saucing’ dish, which is quite satisfying in itself
250g pasta. 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Add the mozzarella ball, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp mustard powder, 500g pasata/ sieved tomatoes, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, garlic, sweetener, Salt & pepper, and smoked paprika. Par boil the pasta for 5 mins or until slightly softened then mix with the BBQ beef sauce. L x 250g pasta
So add it to pasta, lasagne, meatballs, whatever you fancy really, and you’ve got a speedy way to enjoy sumptuous tomato sauce without all of the sugar of the shop bought ones
In this sauce they remain very much part of the dish (not blended down although that’s fine too) which adds bulk and means you have less pasta on your plate

If you’d have told me before I stared SlimmingWorld that I would have been chowing down on big pasta dishes and still losing weight effectively I’d probably have laughed in your face
Cheese to top (SlimmingWorlders you can either syn it or use your HEx A). 200g Pasta. Add the passata, stock, balsamic and bring to the boil then simmer for around 30 minutes, add more water if the sauce gets too thick. With about 10/15 minutes to go cook the pasta and whilst the pasta is cooking grab another pan and brown the chicken using frylight. 200g Pasta
