There are some gorgeous SlimmingWorld cakes out there, but often they just end up being a limp, (usually lemon flavoured) omelette, and that honestly doesn’t constitute a cake for me

but, I have to always try to lose weight, because I can’t cope with life at the size I am now. What is great about SlimmingWorld is that we are eating together as a family again, which we haven’t done for a long time – not regularly any way

The new SlimmingWorld recipe book "Love desserts, love SlimmingWorld" had a recipe for black forest roulade, and since I don't like cherries I knew I was unlikely to make it otherwise
This recipe is from SlimmingWorld's Love Desserts book and is low fat. some people may insist that no desserts are really that virtuous but this is a great low fat version of a usually very calorific dessert
Retain the half with the cream filling, and place the other halves into a food processor or plastic sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin until you have fine crumbs
To serve, spread the fromagefrais over the cheesecake, top with the clementine slices, and the remaining clementine zest and frozen redcurrents, and dust with the icing sugar
