Repeat this and then top the last layer of fromagefrais with the grated cheese. I was completely convinced that lasagne without bechemal sauce would be terrible, and whilst this lasagne is different to the original, it’s also really tasty
Just be patient, take the saucepan off the heat, stir together your egg and quark (and the cheese if you’re using it), tip it over the top and quickly stir it through until the sauce thickens up
I’m not just saying that because it’s my recipe either…honestly this recipe has the silky smooth sauce that you’d expect of a carbonara, with the bacon and cheese, but without the heaviness of the cream

It's Syn Free on the 'extra easy' plan if you use the cheese as your Healthy Extra. Slowly add some passata, a small amount at a time to mix together to form a Mexican tomato sauce
