Some varieties are much better than others – I personally enjoy Cauldron, Quorn and Linda McCartney, but try a few different types and see which you prefer
quornmince or lentils work really well and make a very satisfying bolognese. This does work best with vegetable based burgers but I’ve had success with tuna and pork mince by adding slightly more egg
Add the quornmince and let cook for 10 mins, stirring here and there. 1 Quornmince. Drain the cooked chickpeas (the only ones that are properly cooked in the can that I like are Napolina's, supermarkets' own brand etc need to be boiled for 5 mins or so before you can use them)
