I’m not sure I can stress enough that this isn’t jelly on a cheesecake base, which frankly my last cheesecake was, this is made with cream cheese and quark (which you can’t taste I promise
Remove the tops of the strawberries Using a small sharp knife cutting out a cone shape from inside the middle of each strawberry - you want a small hole in the middleMix together the Quark, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until smooth
boil water and use about 200ml with 1 sachet of jelly mix it well and put in a big bowl add the quark and mix till its all soft and creamy layer it on top of the biscuit base. mix the half pack of jelly with 100ml of boiled water and half of the mandarins and the tsp of gelatine mix it all up and let it cool a bit then put it on top of your cheesecake, place the rest of the mandarins on top and put back in fridge to set for another hr or so then eat it lol. 1 syns each but the slices were good sizes i might try it in a square cake tin next time and make cheesecake bars and freeze some it was way too easy to eat. 1 and a half tubs of quark (tesco 90p each) free

Meanwhile, place the reduced fat cream cheese, quark, eggs, remaining sweetener and vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly until fully combined and creamy
They’re still not crunchy like I digestive, but the addition of Quark into the recipe made them a bit more manageable as a quick nibble, as opposed to a weighty flapjack
I’ve seen the new cooking quark that was recently released, but haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but I think that would work too if you really don’t want to use cottage cheese
Lindahls Kvarg is a very popular brand of quark, especially in SlimmingWorld circles. If there’s one thing that we know people miss when they’re following SlimmingWorld, it’s cheesecake
I’ve been creating recipes over the last couple of weeks to help keep everyone on plan, at least partially, this year and this recipe for SlimmingWorld friendly gingerbread is my latest creation
