As a result I created something rather good, a Nigelslater style fridge rummaging session yielded a spicy salad with crunchy leaves, sweet mango and a cooling mint yoghurt dressing that just balanced the heat nicely
Mustard (à la NigelSlater). Mascarpone (à la Nigella). Greens go really well with mash, and bubble and squeak is one of my favourite ways to use up leftovers, topped with a poached, runny-yolked egg
