The Twisted Classics are certainly worth a peruse – inventions like the Rum Old Fashioned turns this favourite on its head with an exotic punch, and the Ruba Mary is a must for any fans of the spicy morning-saviour

having MaryBerry munching on these post-judging was a joy to behold. Shatteringly crisp, melt-in-the-mouth and with a gentle curry kick, these chicken skin shards – think spiced pork crackling – are so easy to make and are insanely moreish
