This week was Swiss rolls, MaryBerry’s cherry cake and miniature British classics. You then pour the rest of the batter over the top and cook the whole sponge
I settled on this, a MaryBerry recipe, and the results were fabulous. juice of ½ lemon. I prefer less apple, more sponge and so when I followed this recipe I was left with quite a bit of apple I didn’t need
