Jen made MaryBerry’slemon yoghurt cake last year and enjoyed the taste and texture that the yoghurt gave to the cake, so that was the inspiration for this recipe, and I think her cakes look SO pretty as well as sounding wonderful with all those great ingredients

a fairly quick and easy LemonMeringuePie. This is really too easy for it's own good, there is no real skill involved, but the finished product is light and lemony with a crunchy base that will have you fighting for more
