These are my three favourite desserts all are great to make for the family or when entertaining - MaryBerry's marbled chocolate cheesecake, a classic Bakewelltart, and chocolate and Caramac roulade

This is MaryBerry’s version. She also made a really lovely glaze and sauce on some lamb steaks by mixing her apricot jam with some home-blend rosemary honey and trusty old cider vinegar
So far I have posted Chocolate Eclairs, BakewellTart, and Custard Slices. Imagine her disappointment when, after the Christening, she found three Lemon Tarts on the table, covered in tiny three-year-old fingerprints and some-what devoid of meringue
