My Monday Meal Plan this week has slid to a Tuesday – as you know if you have been reading and following my blog over the last few days, I have been SO busy with a houseful of guests, cleaning, cooking, gardening, packing (I am off on my travels tomorrow) and that left me only a few hours, or should I say and hour, in evening to write my blog, do round-ups (the Herbs on Saturday round-up is following on later today) and all the other stuff I love doing here
if you are vegetarian and you fancy adding the sausage, I have added a cooked Quorn sausage to this recipe, as well as a very meaty (low-fat) smoked sausage too
Cauliflower Cheese. Vegetarian. if you are NOT on a diet, then you can enjoy this soup with acres of crusty bread and butter, or even some fried onions as a garnish……

Milk allowance. Vegetarian. You can of course use wholemeal bread, and I would prefer to have wholemeal bread, but it will almost double the calories for one slice of bread, so I decided to go for white bread this time, and of course, home-made bread would be brilliant too, of course

these calories are based on equal quantities of red, yellow and green. It’s that time of year again, with apologies to my Southern Hemisphere followers, but Autumn is JUST a whiff away…

Although I try my best to eat a balanced diet and really do enjoy what some people call a ‘feastarian’ lifestyle, I don’t believe I will ever become a vegetarian or vegan
