There are a few meat and fish recipes included, which I skipped over fairly fast, but the savoury section had an equal number of vegetarian recipes in it, eight of each, which I found very pleasing

This baked version is adapted from LorrainePascale's "Home Cooking Made Easy" cookbook. I have messed around with many recipes for risotto and I generally find that a vegetarian risotto is the risotto I favour, particularly with some nice porcini and chestnut mushrooms
