TomatoSoupAnother really easy recipe, particularly as I blended it with a stick blender. Slowly add the red wine, followed by the stock and tomato sauce, stirring all the time
Stir in the tomatoes, then refill the can with water and pour it into the pan. Stir the cream into the soup and season to taste with salt, freshly ground black pepper and sugar
