Especially with the marrow in it - which is what started me off thinking of another cake to use it up (I'm not a huge fan of marrow in savoury recipes, so if I get one in my veg box, I start thinking about cakes - a marrow is an oversized courgette / zucchini in case you haven't heard of them - if you can't get hold of one just use the largest courgettes / zucchini you can find, or substitute butternut squash flesh)
Dairy free, wheat free, glutenfree, corn free, egg free, soya free. There is no reason they cannot be frozen since they are more like cakes than biscuits - but I have yet to try doing so
