well, what with doing my Wartime Kitchen and preparing for Christmas, I have not had time to post any meal plans, or indeed any of my new recipes, but, I am rectifying that today with a NEW recipe that’s just right for all the snow and frost we have been having over the last few days – a Scottish inspired Highland Stew

Breakfast. on the Weight Watcher’s diet, if you don’t use any of your allocated daily points within a seven-day period, they can be “banked” for another day, such as a day when you are going out to dinner, or you are having a few naughty treats
Can be serve with mashed potatoes, steamed greens or crusty bread on a non-diet (non fast) day. I am, in case you noticed, very pleased with it, and this is a recipe that can be served on NON fast days too, with a drop of wine and an hectare of crusty bread

I am back on my Monday Meal Plans……things all went awry in December and over the Festive period, but I have decided to more disciplined, as much as I can be disciplined, and attempt to plan ahead

Serve with crusty bread on a non-fast or diet day. The reason that this intermittent style of dieting has proved so successful for me is the lack of “forbidden” food, a very negative term that makes me feel instantly rebellious
