The original recipe contains CondensedMilk + Coconut + Egg whites, but making some changes I totally omitted the Condensedmilk part and made them with sugar
To the condensedmilk add almond extract. Place on a greased cookie tray. With a chewy exterior and soft centre these coconut kiss cookies are easy to whip up yet pack a punch in terms of flavour

Pour a glass of milk in the TM and mix 5 sec / speed 8. Heat milk 5 mins / 80° / speed 4. 200g condensedmilk. 250g shredded coconut. 80g milk or dark chocolate. 10g coconut oil
Combine the coconut and condensedmilk. Once the biscuits have cooled sufficiently, melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water and dip each bottom into the chocolate placing them back onto a non stick tray
Using an stand mixer or electric whisk, whisk the coconutmilk briefly to loosen and aerate, then add the condensedmilk, salt and lemongrass, and whisk again to combine thoroughly
