While I was sorting it out I was remembering all the things it did well - chips, wedges, baked potatoes, roasts and defrosting (we don't own a microwave so that could be useful on days I forget to leave something out of the freezer)
Add the chocolate chips, desiccated coconut and chopped macadamia. Remove from the oven, leave for a couple of minutes then transfer cookies to a cooling rack
With the other three pieces of chicken the plan had been chicken omelette and chips, so on Monday night while I was doing the gymnastics run hubby dug out peppers courgette and sweetcorn from the freezer, chopped an onion and whisked up four eggs
