We used chicken thighs that we boned out instead of chickenbreast, but the way that Jamie tells you to cook the chicken on skewers on the grill or BBQ before finishing in the sauce should mean the chicken stays nice and moist
Yogurt & Parmesan ChickenBreasts from me. Yes I’m sure even JamieOliver doesn’t feel like cooking when he gets home after a day in the kitchen and the same can be said for food bloggers
chickenbreast wrapped in bacon with leeks. There was another recipe from Cook in Boots on my list, but before I tell you about this, let us move over to JamieOliver
Its also a one pot dish which we love as it saves on washing up, the vegetable content is also infinitely variable depending on what you have in the fridge and frugal too as it uses the humble chicken thigh, this cut is normally much cheaper and much more flavourful than the chickenbreast
I adapted it from a recipe by JamieOliver and it's delicious. *Jamies Tikka Masala*. Tuesday is not normally curry night, but I was asked to bring a meal over to a family this week and so I made a Chicken Tikka Masala for them because it was something I could make enough of that it would also feed Todd and myself, and it would be easy to transport
The marinade below is my go to one for marinating chicken, especially for Thai and Malaysian dishes, the coconut milk keeps it lovely and tender, and I love the flavour that the lime leaves give to it
