I just used Cadburycrunchie bars as the honeycomb but you can use any kind, or make your own. Stir in half of the chopped honeycomb/crunchie bar then spread evenly on top of the biscuit base
I simply used Philadelphia with Cadbury chocolate instead of regular Philly. The honeycomb you could make yourself, or if like me you fancy a shortcut every now and then you can buy a Crunchie and crumble it up
Add your broken crunchie and fold in to make it a honeycomb cheesecake. If you are making a fruit cheesecake just follow the recipe and lay the fruit of your choice on top
