they asked me to be as creative and colourful as possible for this demo so I started with a beetrootsoup in bread bowls followed by some Lincolnshire sausage meatballs and tomato sauce and then finished off with a chocolate and beetroot cake

Taste not waste,

Cauliflower and beetroot leaves are delicious. As long as your veg have not started to decompose into primeval slime you can chop them up and turn them into soup
