This is a really quick and easy comforting dessert, I have used a Panettone bread which already contains dried fruit and lots of flavour but this can be substituted for a plain brioche with a handful of raisins and sultanas
Add a dash of brandy or Baileys for that extra kick. I also used the salted caramel for a fabulous briochebreadpudding (recipe to follow) which is on my dessert list the next time I have people over
