Breakfast. Welcome to another Monday Meal Plan and a new week…. It’s time to share my meal plan for the week ahead now, and I hope that you find some recipe inspiration, whether you are dieting or not
Breakfast. well, what with doing my Wartime Kitchen and preparing for Christmas, I have not had time to post any meal plans, or indeed any of my new recipes, but, I am rectifying that today with a NEW recipe that’s just right for all the snow and frost we have been having over the last few days – a Scottish inspired Highland Stew
basically, on the “points” diet that I have always followed, (and I think that the Pro Points diet may be the same) if you KNOW you have a day coming up where you are going out for a meal or you will be eating MORE than your daily recommended daily points allowance, you can “save” some of your points up from days where you go BELOW your daily allowance, BUT only over the period of ONE WEEK = Fastdays then
Breakfast. I have managed to fit in the odd the solo day of fasting since the Christmas and New Year holidays, but I notice that my jeans are slightly tighter
but, I start to feel the strains of excessive eating, and although I look forward to the sparkle of New Year’s Eve with more fizz and food, I like to have a frugal day or two in the “twilight” period as I sometimes call the week between Christmas and New Year
The Marmalade has been made, for my grand entry into the World’s Original Marmalade Awards, British Farmhouse Breakfast Week is over and January is about to slither out in either an avalanche of snow or a deluge of flooding, and, it is another Meal Planning Monday post – WHERE did last week go
Breakfast. on the Weight Watcher’s diet, if you don’t use any of your allocated daily points within a seven-day period, they can be “banked” for another day, such as a day when you are going out to dinner, or you are having a few naughty treats
I do remember making funny face sandwiches for my daughter, for her school lunch box, and even now, we both love quirky food presentation, in fact the last time I stayed with her, she made me some toasted crumpet faces for breakfast
Breakfast. and for those of you with eyes like a hawk, YES the photos DO show a pitta bread, but I took these photo on a NON FASTday as we (hubs and I) both loved these burgers so much, that I made them again, for a feast day
I have to dash now, but, DO keep calling back for new recipes, as well as reviews and giveaways, have a GREAT day and see you later with my Burns Supper menu, as well as a book review and more breakfast recipes too
I love fish, and often reach for a nice piece of fish for my main meal, especially when “fasting” on my low-calorie day, but, a change is as good as a rest as they say, and chicken breasts (skinned) are a dieter’s friend
Breakfast. The FastDiet, Meal Planning Monday and. (FastDay). I am back on my Monday Meal Plans……things all went awry in December and over the Festive period, but I have decided to more disciplined, as much as I can be disciplined, and attempt to plan ahead
Today’s meal plan is a little different from my usual plans, as it is Farmhouse Breakfast Week, I have decided to list a plan of all of my breakfasts this week, with some accompaniment ideas too
