Welcome to another Monday Meal Plan and a new week…. It’s time to share my meal plan for the week ahead now, and I hope that you find some recipe inspiration, whether you are dieting or not
I enjoyed this today as part of my fast daymenu, (the full week’s menu for the Lavender and Lovage household will follow on) and even Malcolm loved it, although I was kind and served his with some bread and a wee glass of wine
I have to dash now, but, DO keep calling back for new recipes, as well as reviews and giveaways, have a GREAT day and see you later with my Burns Supper menu, as well as a book review and more breakfast recipes too

Every day I have been sharing how things have been going on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram and each Monday I will be bringing you a report as to how the week has gone and my reflections on various aspects of the diet
