All you need to do is add eggs andmilk or soya milk, and mix. This mix makes lovely YorkshirePuddings that are Wheat Free, GlutenFree, Dairy Free & Suitable for Vegetarians, I served them up at a roast that I cooked and everybody loved them so please give them a try

For me, cooking & baking glutenfree (& dairy free) has become second nature & I rarely struggle with achieving tasty results that are GF & DF, however removing refined sugar from baking has not always been so easy – I’m getting better though
