Wintersoups, summer soups, vegetablesoups, or chicken soups, all of them are good and I don’t mind eating soup everyday, or even having soup as the main dish for lunch or dinner
With this recipe, you could choose to use whatever you liked from within the wintervegetable category and so long as it could be oven roasted, you could make the soup
