Ingredients

  • 2 big carrots (275 grams)
  • 1/3 of a celeriac
  • 250 grams)
  • 2 broccoli stems (175 grams)
  • 2/3 of a leek
  • 125 grams)
  • 2 celery stalks (125 grams)

  • 1 medium-sized yellow onion (100 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mace
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 2.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 2. Cut all vegetables into small cubes or slices
  • 3. Put the vegetable pieces in a cooking pot and cover with water
  • 4. Put the parsley, the pepper and the mace in an empty teabag and hang in the cooking pot
