Moroccan vegetable & chickpea soup. vegetable stock. This is a very wholesome soup but with a lovely Middle Eastern flavour which gives it a gorgeous warmth without too much chilli heat

One thing I get a bit lazy about is making vegetable dishes like mash – but this particular use for left over carrot and sweet potato mash is a bit of a winner
Winter is definately making its mark at the moment and all I want to eat is hot, comforting food. Is a simple but tasty and cheap soup and great for these cold days and nights
Vegetablesoup is just that. This version was as a result of vegetables that would likely have been thrown out in a day or two so they needed to be used up and I’d no meat out of the freezer to make a casserole or meat dish
