  • 4 large Bramley apples (about 1.2kg/2lb 10oz), peeled, cored and cut into small chunks

  • /10 oz fresh blackberries
  • /6 oz plain flour
  • /3½ oz butter, at room temperature, cut into cubes
  • /1¾ oz rolled oats
  • /3½ oz demerara sugar
  • /1¾ oz hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
