  • 3 Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced and with seeds removed. I used red, yellow and orange.
  • 50 g Carrots, sliced and cubed.
  • Ruskoline Crumb Dressing.
  • 5 Eggs Plain Flour.
  • 5 ml Rapeseed Oil.
