Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Harrah

  • 3 minutes Add the peas, stir
  • 5 minutes and season well

  • 2 level tbsp cornflour
  • 450 g skinless chicken
  • black pepper
  • 3 large lemons
  • 175 ml chicken stock
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • and crushed
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded
  • and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp of the cornflour together in a ceramic bowl and season
