Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and bring together, then pour over the biscuit base and bake for approximately 45 minutes at 160C/140C fan/gas mark 3, or until it’s just firmer than a jelly. Pour two cans of EQ8 Cranberry & Apple into a saucepan. 50g whitechocolate drops. 200g whitechocolate. 2 cans fraiche 2 cans EQ8 Cranberry &, Apple
Enjoy with a hot chocolate. Any way not one to let a good Sunday go to waste I have been busy today catching up with friends (way too long overdue) and baking my fleece lined socks off
Top with the remaining pistachios and scatter the freeze dried raspberry pieces on top. So my thoughts turned to whitechocolate, pistachio with its vibrant green colour, and I thought that freeze-dried raspberry pieces would be a good contrast
