Ingredients

  • 30 on Monday, the 15th September.
  • 75 g of butter (1/3 cup)
  • 150 g of plain chocolate digestive biscuits crushed (can use 1 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs)
  • 200 g good quality white chocolate (7 ounces)
  • 500 g marcarpone cheese ( 2 cups)
  • 315 g jar The English Provender Co. Luxury Ginger Curd (1 1/2 cups)
  • grated white chocolate or chocolate curls to decorate
