  • 35 g plain flour
  • 25 g unsalted butter
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 75 g white chocolate
  • 1/2 golden syrup
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 40 ml double cream
  • 170 degrees c and bake for another
