All you need to do is make a tinfoil tent and pop the joint in there, sealing it up carefully while you finish the roast potatoesand the Yorkshire pudding
In addition to the beef mince I also served some Broad Beans and some home-grown new potatoes. You have to do this quickly, because the puddings will "deflate" and lose their crispness quite rapidly

(If you are cooking roast beef and/or roast potatoes, make sure the beef has been removed to "rest" before carving and that the potatoes are moved down to the bottom shelf and NEED browning still)
