Ingredients

  • 10 g of dry rice
  • Serves: 3 (will feed 4 if you have smaller portions - don't forget to adjust your points accordingly!)

  • Ingredients
  • 500 g lean pork or lean beef mince (7pts each)
  • 1 onion, peeled & sliced 1 garlic clove (or 1 tsp of lazy garlic)
  • 1 chilli, de-seeded and chopped (or 1 tsp of lazy chillies)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp chilli power
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp rosemary (dried or fresh)
  • ½ tsp - 1 tsp dried or fresh Thyme (according to taste)
  • 1 x 400g can/carton of chopped tomatoes or passata
  • Splash Worcester Sauce
  • 1 tsp dark French mustard
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée (optional – I find it's not necessary when using passata)
  • 1 beef stock cube dissolved in 250ml / 9 fl oz boiling water
  • 1 x 400g kidney beans (optional) rinsed & drained (2pts each)
