Ingredients

  • 3 cups
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 celery stick diced
  • Sesame Rye Crackers Meatballs
  • Ingredients
  • 400 g pork mince
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 egg 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 Sesame Rye Crackers crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • Method
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and make little balls.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan.
  • Add meatballs and fry for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
  • Cut one open to check if it's cook inside.
  • Cooking time depends on the size of the meatballs.
