Weekend frugal feeding

1 large onion finely diced and fried until soft in a little olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic crushed.
220 g of Tesco value Greek style salad cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tin of chick peas - drained.
2 tablespoons of tahini
2 tablespoons of lemon juice - I buy this bottled and have loads from Approved Food.
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of cumin - we like it but you can add less
salt and pepper
water - just add whilst to the blender as you make it to get the consistency you want.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
(My big bowl full was double this amount)
