  • 1 large onion finely diced and fried until soft in a little olive oil.
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed.
  • 220 g of Tesco value Greek style salad cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tin of chick peas - drained.
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice - I buy this bottled and have loads from Approved Food.
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin - we like it but you can add less
  • salt and pepper
  • water - just add whilst to the blender as you make it to get the consistency you want.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  • (My big bowl full was double this amount)
