so before we start with theround-up I just wanted to chat with everyone about the recent recipe copyright debate that's been doing the rounds and how it impacts on what we all love doing and how it particularly impacts on this challenge which actively encourages you to use your cookbooks

To celebrate RandomRecipes being a whole year old, Dom has invited us to cast our mind (and our oven) back to the very first entry we made for the challenge and to choose a randomrecipe from that very same book
Mel from Sharky Oven Gloves has made these glorious Baked Beef-stuffed tomatoes that wererandomly selected from her favourite book, the brilliantly titled La Popote des Potes
Gary from Exploits of a Food Nut chose the first cookbook her bought when he went off to University, the brilliant Madhur Jaffrey's Ultimate Curry Bible, from which he picked Singapore Style, South-Indian Chicken Curry

This recipe has been claimed as my own now, as I was DELIGHTED with the results of my mix-and-matchrecipe techniques, and the three remaining loaves will come in handy for the festive tea time table, as well as gifts too
