  • 1 TL Backpulver
  • 1 EL Zucker oder Puderzucker zum Bestäuben
  • butter, at room
  • 175 g caster
  • sugar
  • 3 eggs,
  • beaten
  • self-raising flour
  • Grease two
  • 20 cm sponge tins and line with greaseproof paper or baking paper.
