  • 200 gr Unsalted Butter
  • 200 gr Self Raisin Flour
  • 100 gr Unsalted Butter
  • 120 gr Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 25 mins until golden and the cake springs back when pressed
