This is a variation on a non slowcooked recipe I've tried before, but as usual I've jiggled about with the ingredients, cos I like to do that, and added a few too,
This recipe is so good and really tasty everyone will enjoy it. If you want something easy to prepare and a meal that takes care of its self then this is the one
12 cups/480ml of beef stock. 1Add to the slow cooker. 1Spray the frying pan again with a little spray oil and brown the beef. 1Add this to the slow cooker with all other ingredients (except cornstarch). 1Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. 1Once cooked, remove beef with a slotted spoon and set aside. 1Stir back in beef. 1Add beef and brown. 1spoon out beef with a slotted spoon and set aside. 1Add back in beef and serve

The slowcooked roast beef actually worked well and the sauce was very tasty. Do keep an eye on it so that it does not get over cooked, slow cookers very depending what setting you have them on and how big the joint is
