Everything is cooked on the hob in one pan with ingredients that I always have to hand. Add the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, stock, paprika and mixed herbs
Once the ingredients of the sausage , potatoes, onion and pepper are prepared and int he one then you are free to relax * you have my permission to do what ever you like
Most one-pot-pasta recipes involve simply chucking everything into the pot at once and leaving it to its own devices, and you could do that here if you wanted, but I prefer to brown off the veggiesausages first, (or they end up a bit pale and flabby), and also to cook off the onions so they turn really sweet and release their juices before adding everything else
I can now confirm that the Heck Chicken Italia Sausages work just as well when cooked into a recipe as they do when eaten on their own, and the added flavours of mozarella and tomato through these particular ones adds a whole lot of flavour to the dish which simply wouldn’t be there otherwise

This recipe for a onepot chicken chilli is a delicious family dinner and so tasty. Well it’s taken me a while to get back into blogging again and I have done so on one condition – I had to join Slimming World
Onepot chicken, mushrooms & peas sounds alright but not exactly earth shattering. Of course you could serve with mashed potato or rice, but we ate it on its own and it was perfect (had to go to the kitchen to get some spoons so we could drink all the lovely juices)
One of these is my messy, lazy onepot roast Italian Chicken because it can be assembled in minutes, gets thrown into the oven in just one dish and is crammed full of Italian flavours
Soooo I'm getting really into the idea of making onepot meals for him. ) that has that extra bit of Cajun spice envelops soft fettuccine noodles and perfectly seasoned chicken
I am currently pretty obsessed with one-potwonders given that I am cooking in a temporary kitchen set up in our living room while our kitchen is being renovated (newsflash
