Ingredients

  • one medium to large onion - peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 inches of celery - finely chopped
  • 2 carrots - finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves - peeled and crushed
  • 5 small mushrooms - very finely chopped and diced
  • a dash of white wine
  • 400 g Quorn vegetarian mince
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tin vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tin red wine
  • 2 teaspoons tomato puree
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary and thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
