Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 400 g can of chickpeas, drained
  • 50 g coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 200 g breadcrumbs + 25g
  • 5 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 L vegetable oil, for frying
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
