I followed the recipe as per Lisa's blog, however having Indian roots Ilove my spice so I added a red chilli pepper and a sprinkling of chilli powder to the tomato jam to make it Tomato chilli jam

What’s your favourite vegetarianrecipe. As long as your spice cupboard isn’t totally bare (at a minimum you should have cumin, chilli powder, salt and pepper) and you aren’t allergic to tomatoes it shouldn’t cost you much at all
